The mic input is balanced lo Z. You shouldn't need any sort of adapter, just XLR to XLR.

Subject: NEOTEK: series 1e mic inputs

Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on with the mic inputs on
a series 1.
I think it is a balancing issue that i am missing, any input would be
appreciated.
It is my understanding that the series one consoles are unbalanced. I
am just wondering what this has to do with impedance. I have only been
able to use a dynamic mic with my boards pres. This is with an xlr to
1/4 inch balanced cable. When i use i a xlr to unbalanced hi z
transformer it no longer works(i am guessing the something is getting
cancelled out.). When using a condenser with an in line 48V box and
the same cable that worked for the dynamic (xlr to balanced 1/4 inch)
its will not receive the signal.
I am really in the dark about this stuff and any help would be great

Thanks
Jason
