Do you have a 1/4" patchbay? or are these on the back? I have never seen a neotek with unbalanced mic inputs. So if your mic inputs are 1/4" then they should be balanced. If they where unbalanced you would have a very different mic pre circuit than any neotek I'm familiar with. However I could be wrong.
