I am a little bit confused with the schematics of the Series 1 Input Module. Is it just necessay to connect Mic In and Direct Out in order to use it as a Mic Preamp? I have only the Input-modul to rack up (no console or patchbay). Do I need to hardwire the Insert Send/Return in order to get a signal, or do I need to put in a fixed resistor to replace Fader?
