A 3.3k resistor between out and in, and 6.7k
between out and ground will get you pretty close.
When I have racked modules, I have either put
those in, or just ran a jumper. If it were me, I
would also wire the line input up as well. Then
you can send a line level signal through the
module either to use the polarity inversion or the eq.
