Ike,
   When I engage the monitor switch, both meters peg. I'll check my
master recorder's output levels and back them down if needed. It's a
brand new Tascam DV-RA1000HD and I haven't spent much time with it
yet. I'll check on the 8 conductor 12 gauge speaker cable for the
power supply. Wouldn't I need a 12 conductor cable (or 2 cables, 8 +
4) for all the connections?
