Actually, we consider it's up to the user to specify which IP we should
start with.

If you set "192.168.1.200/24" as a target, only 192.168.1.200 - 254
will be tested (and not 1 - 254 as one could expect).

Then one should not use a NETmask. The dash notation is here to solve
these misunderstandings.
