Another option would be to get a 'cheap'/'temporary' dial-up 
access and use the dial-up machine to attack the other machine.  I 
believe that discussion on Nessus's BW requirements showed this 
would be an option, but probably a slow one at that.

  If your in the US, you might consider www.crosspaths.net...  I 
recently stumbled across is.  It's a kinda travel/pay as you go 
internet provider with lots of dial-up numbers across the US.
