If a single port is left out of the list of open ports this will not be an
issue you can solve with adding TCP port 443 to the TCP ping test.
As far as the FAQ goes. It does describe how to get issues into the FAQ
and I can not recall to have seen this issue raised before so it did not
reach any trigger level for me.
