Hello Andre, we're importing stuff into a postgres database with a little perl script for parsing the NBE files (which are uploaded with http-post). The system uses some php-files to query the database. It is not very pretty but seems get the job done.

It shouldn't be too hard to convert to mysql even though i wouldn't know why you'd want to use the piece of crap ;) One of the problems i have with nessus and databases, is that the plugins are not very consistent. The possible values for 'risk_factor' for example are a mess.
