Thanks! I found some posts that said to fix this on Suse, install xdevel. Well, I couldn't find an xdevel package, but hey, the description xFree86-devel package mentioned that it provides xdevel so I installed this (xFree86-devel), reinstalled Nessus and all is working beautifully.
