involvement with Nessus and the major feature enhancements we've made to
it over the past two years would be appreciated. "

Ron/Renaud,

The work you guys have put into Nessus is definately appreciated. I must
confess that the registering issue does not affect me a great deal but
the hosing of GPL plugins in favor of Tenable ones is what is confusing.
Can you instead have two seperate plugin feeds where anything submitted
in GPL goes into the GPL feed without any review from Renaud/Tenable.
The Tenable plugins can then be in a seperate feed, which is a
paid-subscription service. I understand thats' how the feeds are setup
right now, but if the GPL plugin for a zero-day vuln gets released at
the same time as one from Tenable does, I understand from this thread
that the GPL one will not make it to the plugin archive at all.

Maybe you can change this part. Let the GPL plugins come in to the GPL
feed and be available even if there's a Tenable plugin available for the
same vuln. I am sure the users understand that the ones from Tenable are
more reliable than the GPL ones and so those who need the reliability
will have to pay Tenable for their plugin feed. Also, would help a lot
if the the licence agreement for the new plugin feeds is made available
on the Nessus Website soon.

Hope I am not creating more confusions.

Thanks a lot for all your efforts,

Keyur
