2.2.4 contains bug fixes over 2.2.3. Why would you want to download an
older and known-to-be-buggy version ?
We also have a strict release policy - one minor release every two
months, except in case of a very severe bug (2.2.4 contained important
fixes). Also, a minor release (2.2.3 vs. 2.2.4) only contains bug fixes
and minor improvements, not new features.
