When Netscape Communicator 4.79 is installed on Windows XP + SP2, I don't find any registry entries which you have mentioned below. But I could get Winamp version by looking at the registry entry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Netscape\Netscape Navigator\4.79 (en)\Main\) to get installed directory location of Netscape Communicator (C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator) and then look for the file version Winamp/winamp.exe.
