I'm getting forgetful in my old age - it appears that I *did* apply
it to the 5.1 branch at the same time.   I've now added it to the
5.0 line as well.

But that's also reminded me of another question I was going to raise.

The libwrap calls check against "snmpd" if there's an address string,
but "snmp" it there isn't.   Is this difference intentional?  If so, why?
