I don't think we should go that route either.  Though that makes
sense, I think we'd likely want to do something more powerful than
that would support in the future.  Such as wildcarding.  It's likely
we'll likely want to do something like "for *.example.com hosts do
this".  Please don't make me put *s in my file names ;-)  Or we'll
want to do it by engineid, or ...
