But it should only annoy those who *choose* to be annoyed by it. There are 500+ people on the coders list - and only a dozen or so who can actually do something to shut this up. That might indicate sending this to the admin list as before, though that would exclude those (very valued!) contributors who aren't actually included in this core group.
