Unfortunately, all time spent on the Net-SNMP suite has to take a second
place to the work that I'm actually paid to do :-) But we'll see what we
can
do.

That's the main problem - this functionality seems to rely on two or three
separate aspects of the agent code, and there probably isn't a single
developer who fully understands all of them.
But I'll have another bash at it as soon as things quieten down a bit.
