I also fell if you are planning of moving the data_access to another
dir, it would be nice if we can have access-wise subdir for access level.
That is, we generally use proc, ioctl and netlink (new). So if we can
have code divided between these dirs it would be easier. And also as a
long time plan it would be nice if we can propose to the linux netdev a
patch that consolidates proc info for snmp into one subdir entry rather
we needing to open different proc entry. The subdirs can be futher
classified into different sunsets based on the mib tree.
