Better question...  where are these used?  I don't believe there is any
place in the code that a long long should be used at this point.  IE, if
it's in there it's likely because broken code was put in somewhere
else.  All 8bit datatypes passed between the libraries must use the
counter64 structure and not 8bit datatypes (which aren't supported on
all systems; think embedded systems that still don't support them).
