--enable-minimalist enables the feature removal code that was introduced
in v5.7.

--enable-minimalist implies --enable-mini-agent, something I think is wrong as
I can see a use for a non-mini-agent where some feature is removed so I
suppose I have to make sure that --disable-mini-agent works and does what one
expects rather than enable mini-agent.

The effect of mini-agent is that it reduces the set of mibs that are built to
the bare minimum that gives a valid agent (I believe some RFC says every
SNMP entity should implement the system mib and maybe a few more).

You can remove more mibs using --with-out-mibs=default but then some have to
be added back as other parts of the agent depends on them.

Using the feature removal code you can remove other things, like e.g. the
logging functionality.
