That is what will be 5.7.3, hopefully before too long.

There are a large number of bug fixes of course. Especially related to
the BSD systems, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, DragonflyBSD there are
updates to support the modern IP-MIB tables. At the same time the
snmpnetstat tool has been updated to use these new tables when
available.
