Because we're human, and make mistakes.
You should be used to that by now.

Yes - it *has* been reported and fixed.  You reported this
yourself back in July, and I fixed it the very next day.
  See the thread "WRB - mib2c observations" in the mail archives.

I mentioned then that we were in a code freeze ready for 5.1.2,
and would apply the fix as soon as this was lifted.  This was
done, so any subsequent releases (on any line) would have this
problem fixed.
  In fact, we've been concentrating on getting 5.2 ready (which is
fixed), so there hasn't been a 5.1.3 release yet, but that would
be the obvious next target.
