Hmmmm....

AgentX usually runs over TCP rather than UDP.
Try
    agentXSocket tcp:705
                          instead.

Try walking the nsModuleTable after the subagent has
started up, to see whether there are any entries referring
to .1.3.6.1.4.1.1919   (or anything underneath that)
