I'm not sure I understand your problem from the above description. Can you please elaborate and provide *details*? Are you using the latest HP Insight Manager Agents for RHEL3 from http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22880.html?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN ?
