There is no existing helper to assist with implementing a single row of a table - correct. As I said some time ago, this is very much uncharted territory. Agreed - It would be very useful to have a helper (or at least a mib2c config) that would handle implementing a single row of a table. But as with so much of this agent - if the current code doesn't do what you want, the onus is on the person with a particular requirement to either do the work themselves, or fund someone to do it for them. Such is the downside of OpenSource projects...
