The file you enclosed seems to include results for two or three different monitor entries. And the only mention of "status table" shows extResult as 0 (so the trigger wouldn't fire). Can you try disabling all but the one above (for clarity). Then run the agent for several minutes (so that the monitor test is run several times). Also try running "snmpwalk ... extTable" while this is running, so we can see what these values actually are in between the various probes of the DisMan monitor.
