Hi Michael & all,

The other thing I have just noticed is, that you might be sending
attached files. Now this is usually fine if it is an image and it fits
the size remit, but if it is a movie file (any movie) it will very
likely be stopped from entering the list itself, due to the mail
software being set up to presume that it is a virus.

We get many types of strange files being sent to the list by all sorts
of dubious hackers etc, so - I am would be able to cancel that
restriction, mainly so other people on the list are not compromised with
an influx of troublesome files self-opening onto their computers and
causing unrest.

So, the alternatives are upload them somewhere and then add the file
info as links - then we can download them nearer the time of exhibiting
the work for showing in the gallery space...

or keep the size small as before and I will release it as a direct
file-link (as before) for viewing via everyone's email client.

The other thing - GIFS can also be used but remember the file size limit
is 250 kb
