I would like to invite you to my opening at the Redline Gallery for
"Artists' Footprints" a part of the Biennial of the Americas citywide
exhibition. I have been working on a Native Bee and insect wall called
the "Pollination Station" The piece is created from recycled, resourced
and found objects, some donated from Resource Yard in Boulder. The wall
will provide a living space for the small stingless bees which help to
pollinate flowers and crops within a 2-4 mile radius of their home. Info
on the opening reception, workshops and lectures is included below. You
can also find information at my website (janedapain.net) on other
upcoming events and performances, hope to see you there!

Artists' Footprints
Opening Reception: July 8th from 6-10 pm.
Artists' Footprints explores the boundaries of art and life through
innovative systems of creation and production. Throughout this
exhibition, artists compost, grow, reuse, and gather supplies to reduce
their carbon footprint. Inspired by simple ways of living and creating
across the world from Ecuador to Mongolia, artists offer alternatives to
over-consumption.

Artists Footprints features works by: Jessica Moon Bernstein, Michael
Brohman, Jane daPain, Fallen Fruit, Tsehai Johnson, David Kahn, Rian
Kerrane, Rori Knudtson, Peter Menzel, Michael Reynolds, Musci, Patricia
Tinajero and Amy Youngs. The exhibition is presented in partnership with
the Biennial of the Americas and curated by RedLine artist in residence
Viviane Le Courtois.
