I'd agree with you here; given wabi-sabi etc. in Japanese aesthetics,
you'll find glitched tea ceremony bowls probably all over the place...

Actually, concerning the statement saying glitches did not
existence before machines, I did wonder what about glitches in the
mind/brain/perception etc? What causes them to not be glitches?
Does intoxication cause glitches or not? Glitches in behaviour? Mental
health? Etc. Then I thought there was probably some subtlely in the
text I'd failed to notice which might have answered my question if only
I this or that...
