I installed the New8n1.device from aminet last night and my Amiga kept
hanging after 30 seconds or so online.

So i deselected owndevunit.library in Genesis prefs and also turned of
the EOF mode in the genesis interface prefs

Everything works fine now, i was online for an hour or so with no
problems, and it is an improvement over serial.device. I run it at
115200 BPS

I remember reading that the EOF mode disagrees with some serial
devices, in the NC2 docs i think
