My Setup is as follows.....
A1200 040/33MHz 16Mb Fast 2 Mb Chip, 56K modem, 20x CDRom,
Scandoubler & SVGA monitor, 350 Mb HD and a cheap printer.
The motherboard revision is 1b and it is an original commodore A1200
from 1992!!!
The original serial device worked at 115200, but started losing the
odd byte or two when the system became overloaded, ie by playing mp3's
at the same time, but the 8n1.device seems to be perfectly happy
