You have to insert this information in your "Settings/Signatures for
This Account" from your MD menus in the reply/follow up sections.
Then, when you reply or follow up a message, it will extract the
required data and place it at the top of your message.
You can also use regular signatures (or taglines) via this menu
option.
Failing that, it's a case of RTFM. ;-)
