I've had my reply header set up with some of these codes for ages, but
it never gets sent.
I just reply to a mail, and set Sig: to the relevant one, but it only
sends my written message, not even the plain text from the reply
header.

eg. this message will be delivered with no reply header, even though
it is set do. Should I change something?
