Confession to make. This is how I had it set up, and I just realised
that the header *is* there!!! I just didn't realise it appears
straight away, so I always deleted it (as I almost never reply while
keeping all of the old text). So if you hadn't said that I may never
have realised.
Now all I have to do is think of something decent to put....
