Right, get the TTF.library from Aminet. Since
Haage&Partner also use them for their AmigaWriter, we might even hope
that they put them as standard in the OS3.5.

Why not, the library is already there, Haage&Partner already use it in
their own software (and distribute it with their own software), and
since they write the OS3.5, they might very well include the TTF
engine and library in it. They don't have to work on it, they only
have to burn some files, which they already have, on the CD.
