When you say actual files, what do you mean? FTP "style" or images for
web pages? I know you say Web Pages are unchanged but is this speed of
loading or speed of display? A 256 colour screen will remove the need
for a lot of dithering, and like me you're using a 030, not exactly
state-or-the-art?

I think I'll give this a try... anything for a smaller phone bill :)
