Use Miami !

I had the same prob tried allsorts of combinations (turned this off turn
 that on etc) got fed up and used Miami works every time !

Yes I have NetConnect 2 and purchased Ioblix from Active  got latest
 drivers even changed my Modem to  Pace 56 USE MIAMI life is too short
