The TCP stack has little or nothing to do with this. If it works with
Miami but not Genesis, it looks like you have Genesis incorrectly
configured.

If you have the latest drivers, you have identified the problem, the
last four revisions have all given problems for me, I find 37.5 the
least buggy. From 37.7 EOFmode was broken, if you have it enabled in
Genesis and disabled in Miami you now know the cause of your problems.
