Yes - with a simple answer.

AFAIK, text style 'tags' such as these are restricted to Amiga mailers
(Possibly even MD2, though I think YAM uses something similar). They just
show up as asterisks, etc. in Outlook, though having read the afb list for
so long, I tend to mentally 'translate' them as meaning italics or
emphasised, etc. Outlook can use MIME types in mails, so in Outlook, certain
mails can appear like mini websites (pictures and all) but this tends to
give other people (i.e. not using Outlook) rather bloated mail as it is sent
with a huge MIME type declaration at the start of each mail :-(
This is why I have it set to just send plain text, though you might tell me
if /this works and looks okay in MD/ or *how this looks* ?
