No but the BVPPC patches a ROM to stop the ROM library
getting priority over the disk based library.  So you
would either need tomake a ROM image to be maped into
fast RAM, or create some patch to blot out the current
libraries in OS3.1 ROM which can be loaded from disk
instead.

But I do not know the exact mechanics of it.
