I've just tried to set up a new E-mail address with "Prestel".
I've set up eveything as the original address but changed
the first name from bryan to sophie and the last three digits of the
account name from -001 to -002, I've also entered the new user
into "GENESISPrefs" and changed the UID and GID from 1 to 2, but when
I send an E-mail to that address <sophie@-> from my original address
<bryan@-> it ends up back in my original address <bryan@->, but I can
send an E-mail from the new address <sophie@-> to my orginal address
and it arrives O.K.
I could just open a new folder in my <bryan@> account
and call it "sophie" with the relevant filters but I don't think
thats the way it should work.
Also I've just noticed in the >>SPOOL drawer in my <bryan> account
where it should have "receiver" in the header list it has "sender"
although it shows the receiver, in the other accounts it show "receiver".
It's not a problem but seems a bit strange.
Any ideas please.

BTW the tip about the port-numbers in Settings/Accounts/Network/Esoteric
and going back into Account settings again. Recheck (or uncheck)
delete mail on server, click ok to exit, worked fine.
