If you mean sending to mailing lists, then it's because MD is making a
local copy, and then you're downloading the one you sent. When you
next write a message, click the "PGP & Specials" tab and deselect
"Copy self". This setting is saved when you quit MD. Now you'll only
get the downloaded copy.
