I tried a new mail with it checked and not, and it did change the label
in the message window.
What I did was; I opened a new message window, and the label said 'Queue', I
opened the settings window and removed the check-mark, pressed 'OK', if I then
close the current message window and re-opened it, the 'Queue' had changed
to a send.

MUI classes I am using are -

Textinput.mcc/mcp version 26.2
I'm not sure if this one is used but TextEditor.mcc V15.6 .mcp V15.4

If there are any others involved with this opperation I will supply thoughs.

  Jules
