I've tried it both ticked and unticked, and both with Genesis running
and without. It usually says "Send", although if I've just come
offline it sometimes says "queue".

I didn't have this installed at all in my latest MUI install, as done
by NC3 (I told it too install MUI by mistake). I copied it from my old
MUI install (v15.3mcc and v15.4mcp) and it worked this time. Maybe
this was the problem. I'll have to see.
