In general, if "Automatically check state of TCP/IP stack" is checked,
Queue or Send will appear as per the state of the stack. If it's
unchecked, Send will always appear. However, if Genesis is open,
Send will appear _regardless_ of the state of the stack.
Least, that's what happens here. Or has someone said all this
already? I know it didn't use to happen here, and I can't be sure if
it was installing one of the NC2 service packs that started the
problem.
