What I was referring to was that in "ENV:Vapor" there should be a file
called "Voyager_LASTUSEDDIR" which will (ought?) to point at the last
place V was run from.  If you are not using OpenURL.library, this is
what it goes by.

If you are using OpenURL you need to go to the OpenURL prefs, which on
my system has magically appeared in SYS:Prefs.  You then need to
delete and/or add to the "browsers" list to get the desired version of
voyager at the top.  Ensure the option "start browser if not already
running" (or whatever) is checked. Its all prety self-explanatory.
