I am having probs with stfax 4 and netconnect 3 . the problem seems to
be one of distance as I am here and they are not . I preordered both
from the Active website and have twice emailed asking Chris to confirm
the order or let me know if there was a problem with my order as Chris
has said on this list in the past that any orders sent through the
site would have arrived I've been waiting patiently for some form of
response. Am I the only one still waiting for preorders or are other
people in the same boat. Chris if its a case of having to wait for
more cds to be pressed fine but it would be nice to know the order has
been recieved (active order id no.1527325287) but if you don't get a
reply you don't know if you are just waiting for the order to be
filled or if you are just waiting cos the order hasn't got to you
correctly. Sorry to bring this up on the list
