Do you mean the new BT Surftime tariff they announced yesterday? Have a
look at the news section of http://www.bt.com/nonjava for the full
details. Briefly, it's �7pm for unlimited weekend calls, �7pm for
unlimited evening/night calls or �35pm for 24/7. But there are some
catches implicit in their announcement, and knowing BT there's bound
to be a few more. One potential problem is that very few ISPs use BT for
their dial in lines, so who pays the receiving telco for the use of
their equipment?
