You need to either look at Internet Magazine's league tables each month,
I've saved more than the subscription cost by checking their performance
figures and saving on phone time.
It is in the laps of UKOnline, their "avalability rate" is 95.04 percent,
I'd imagine that the tests call up at all times and that the rate is much
lower for peak times.

Or put another way: a few months back UKOnline were 27th in the mags
performance table, this month 56th, last month 62th.
As any ISP helpline will tell you, obviously your software and Amiga are at
fault.
