Don't despair! Have you tried taking everything apart again and putting it
all together a piece at a time? That might help. Also try removing the
squirrel, giving the connector a good blow to get rid of dust and then
retry. That fixed a problem with an oroginal squirrel I had a few years
back. If all else fails then I've got a spare Hypercom1 that I'm trying to
get rid of if you're interested?
